Luggage Warranty:
All the luggages and the accessories trademarked Phoenix and sold by Phoenix studio s.r.l. are manufactured according to strict production standards. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state (or by country or province). Other than as permitted by law, Phoenix studio s.r.l. does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have, including those that may arise from the nonconformity of a sales contract. For a full understanding of your rights you should consult the laws of your country, province or state.
Warranties regarding the Phoenix luggage:
The definition of PHOENIX LUGGAGE refers to the following product groups: TELA 40, all colours, TELA 70 all colours, TELA 100 all colours. The following warranties shall apply without prejudice to the statutory warranty rights You as a purchaser may be entitled according to articles 1490 et seqq. of the Italian Civil Code and the Title III of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs 206/2005).
Type of Warranty:
Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The warranty covers:
Cracks or breaks in the shell
Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off or are no longer usable
Broken zippers
The warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic Damage: scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of luggage by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage
Replacement of any non-defective parts in the luggage
Damage determined by us to be due to intentional abuse, modification, tampering, and/or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use.
Phoenix luggage that was not purchased from Phoenix Studio S.r.l or one of the aforementioned official distribution partners.
Phoenix luggage that was purchased second-hand or as "graded stock" or "returns". Phoenix Studio SRL will not be liable for everyday wear and tear of the luggage, such as minor scratches, scuffs, dents and cuts.
In the event of a warranty claim:
If a part of your luggage is damaged, we will ship you a replacement part with instructions for installation. Shipping and processing times may vary based on availability. We will ship you replacement luggage if defective components cannot be repaired or replaced. We cannot guarantee exact replacement of limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items. We guarantee that the replacement luggage will be equal or greater retail value than your original purchase. We make replacement decisions at our discretion and reserve the right to decline a warranty claim. The warranty shall continue to apply to the repaired or replaced PHOENIX LUGGAGE; the original Warranty Period is extended by six months for the replacement parts ONLY.
Assertion of warranty claim:
You are entitled to a claim, if any, arising from this warranty only if You return the PHOENIX LUGGAGE to Phoenix Studio S.r.l, with a sales receipt and a description of the defects and photos of the defects.
All claims arising from the warranty are subject to the statutory limitation period. In case you purchased your luggage not directly through PHOENIX, make sure to register your luggage warranty online within 30 days after you made the purchase.
